COLOMBIAN PANDEBONO Today I will be teaching how to make a Colombian Pandebono. What is a Colombian Pandebono? Well it is a cheesy bread that is baked to have a slightly crunchy outside and a soft cheesy inside. Lets get started. Ingredients: 2 cups of Cassava Flour 2 Tablespoons of Cooked Corn Meal 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder 2 Tablespoons of Sugar 1 Tablespoon of Salt 2 Cups of grated Queso Fresco 1/2 Cup of Feta Cheese 3 Tablespoons of Softened Butter 1 Large Egg Milk as Needed Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl or food mixer, mix Cassava Flour, Corn Meal, Baking Powder, Sugar and Salt. Add grated quest fresco and feta. (I normally find buying the cheese in a whole block is cheaper. Use your hands to shred it instead of a grater. Its much easier) Add butter and egg to the mix. Slowly add milk to the mix until it starts to clump together.
